Yoga Classes for Beginners will be starting in 2010 on Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th January at Stoneclough Community Centre in Radcliffe and The Longfield Centre in Prestwich.
The classes will run in blocks of six, building on the previous weeks positions in the first series of Ashtanga, gradually building a basic introduction to Ashtanga Yoga. The class is open to everyone, however if you have any questions or medical issues I should be aware of please email me before class to discuss your requirements. Don't forget to bring a yoga mat! If you don't have a mat, they are available for sale here.

£6 per class when booked as a course for the month or £7 per class if paid on the night.

Please note if classes are full priority will be given to those who have paid in advance. Payment can be made either through paypal to claire.carpenter@gmail.com or by cash or cheque on the first night of each course. Please send me a note with your name and the course you are booking for when paying through paypal.
Classes will be taught at Stoneclough Community centre, adjoining Prestolee Primary School. There is ample on street car-parking available which is free of charge. Head down Ringley Road (from Whitefield direction ) and keep going for about two miles until you reach Stoneclough village, turning right onto Bridge street directly before The Grapes pub. The Community centre is located on the right hand side, directly before Prestolee Primary School.

Classes will be taught at the Longfield Centre, Prestwich. There is ample car-parking available which is free of charge. Head down Bury New Road after leaving Junction 17 on the M60 and head towards Prestwich. Turn left down Fairfax road immediately after Marks and Spencers. Opposite the metro station is a large public car park. The Longfield Centre is directly behind the car-park.
